Wedding Reception arrangements may be made ahead of time,
but the date is not secured until the date-hold fee is paid,
and you receive a confirmation letter via mail. Until the date-hold fee is
paid, the date remains open to anyone.
The date-hold fee is non-refundable and will not be
applied to the final bill. This is the only fee other than food, beverage,
tax, and gratuity.
