Private Party Agreement - 2011

Private Party arrangements may be made ahead of time, but the date is not secured until the date-hold fee is paid, and
you receive a confirmation letter via mail.  Until the date-hold fee is paid, the date remains open to anyone.  This fee
entitles your group to use of the entire Clubhouse and its facilities.

The date-hold fee is non-refundable and will not be applied to the final bill.  This is the only fee other than food, beverage,
tax, and gratuity.

Date Hold Fee Rates:

1-40 Guests--         No Charge-(Use of back room only. Clubhouse will not be closed to public)

41-100 Guests       

101-150 Guests    

151-200 Guests    

200+ Guests
